By channeling Darth Vader, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Princess Leia, Jon Stewart pummeled Stephen Colbert in an epic battle to see who's the bigger "Star Wars" fan.
But the real winners in this sci-fi fight (in an office-cum-special-effects-battlefield) are a whole bunch of kids who may have never even seen a "Star Wars" Film.
In the upcoming "Star Wars: Episode VII" -- directed by J.J. Abrams -- one fan will have the chance to get a walk-on role. Devotees will be entered to win the coveted spot after donating $10 to the "Star Wars: Force for Change." The initiative has partnered with UNICEF to help solve some the of the most plaguing problems affecting children worldwide.
Some of those programs include developing portable, solar-powered learning kits for underprivileged kids, and launching a mobile phone application that will help children reunite with their families after an emergency.
Entering the contest does not require dressing up, engaging in a knife fight or competing in a "Star Wars" trivia contest, as Colbert and Stewart did. But perhaps expressing our love for each other should be.
Find out how you can enter to win a role in "Star Wars:Episode VII" while also helping kids in need here.
