Well, well, well.
It looks like "America's Favorite Quiz Show" has learned a thing or two about gay lingo!
On a recent episode of Jeopardy!, a category about slang featured a question (or "answer," in the case of the beloved game show, which asks for answers in the form of questions) that should be all-too-familiar to anyone who's part of the queer community. The "question" given was, "One term for taking trash about someone is 'throwing' this, like a big elm tree might do."
The "answer"? SHADE, of course!
Look at you, Jeopardy! Before you know it you'll be giving contestants clues about Grindr and highlighting the definition of "twink."
