There are certain benefits to a surprise marriage proposal -- like the overwhelming joy and excitement you feel when you finally realize what's about to happen.
The downside? You're not always prepared for it. Take, for example, Redditor ctoston, who was in a photo booth at the Oklahoma Aquarium in Tulsa on Saturday when her boyfriend popped the question.
"Had I known this was going to be our engagement photo," she wrote. "I might have chosen a different background."

We don't give a "dam" (had to, sorry) what she says, we think it's a pretty awesome proposal photo.
